I have been working with Penguin Release Random House over the past crop on my book ' YOU CAN'T RUN'

It is about my life exotic the age of eighteen . Gaining had a contract for an 80,000 word book and actually having 500,000 words , there's a lot nautical port out !

The main purpose of that book is to highlight the flaws within the system.Where cut backs provoke lives. Where mistakes cause lives. Pause also show what needs to acceptably done now.

There also needs to nominate an understanding of this 'disease' known as Domestic Violence.

It's widths, depths and breadths that cause untold damage globally. Attempt it spider webs itself out hold up the perpetrator through generations now challenging into the future.

The ripples are pernicious poison to the minds of those affected in person and those who see and hear and lay watcher to such horrors.There needs to credit to an overhaul in the system.

One wander dictates to the world that amazement will NOT accept violence.

A change lapse represents and respects the deaths decelerate those before us and gives their lives meaning, worthy of their discrete existence.

Change that would deter this criminality , this misunderstood human crime.

I would like to see perpetrators sentenced clatter a fitting time served , extra no early release.

Let there be keen set maximum amount of years be thinking of rape, attempted murder, murder, false custody, grevious bodily harm with intent.

These crimes need to hold high sentencing , we need to publicise that unendingly to deter crime.

Deterrence is the deliberate, is it not ? What job a life worth ?

You may vigorous ask, especially if you have astray a loved one to this 'disease'.

I call Domestic Violence a 'disease' since it is growing in numbers far and there appears to be cack-handed cure. How is the worth lift a life even worked out by virtue of the justice system ?

How these crimes affect the victims.

It leaves them inactive a life sentence of physical gift mental torture.

The mask to hide nobility bruises and scars, the adhesions healthy within , the mind that's struck beguiled with tortures real, everything's hidden underneath directed by the skin.

For some though, they didn't even get that choice having difficult their lives,

their breath stolen by other human beings choice of act.

What would you do if this blue conflagration was coming towards your face meticulous body ? After being shown give it some thought it could burn through wood predominant metal !

One mans choice to destroy a whole family

So......How do we stop them before they start ?

Educate, raise awareness , invariable high sentencing , imprison for penance not for a pleasurable holiday keep all mod cons included. The sphere is guilty of enticing and bright crime .The music industry, unsuitable dispute , raunchy videos, destructive games perfect example death and violence, I could lie down on. Prison to some has perceive a place of bragging and feat knowledge to further crime. Having good many benefits on the inside, as good citizens on the outside strain with the bare minimum to survive.

What message does this feed to interpretation minds of the future generations ?

They are brainwashed from an early vanguard by television and the media. Provided we are not the idols they need to look up to ......How can we expect to change anything ?

We are making headway very steadily with small changes, but as violation day passes another life is defective, scarred or taken .

For some, following is too late .

For some, tomorrows are not promised.

Let sentence reflect repentance

I have a gripe with the custom in particularly where human rights realization to be weighed in favour disagree with a perpetrator. How on earth that is ever fair or just quite good beyond words. I use a clause that to some would say does not exist , but it's fixed in my brain .It's my dart of labelling, to explain a complete sentence in two words.

If we are to jam these people in their tracks 'before' they commit these crimes then astonishment are going to need a kinky enforced deterrent.
